FANCC and full-length FAZF interact in vivo. 293 EBNA cells were transiently transfected with epitope-tagged expression vectors for HA-FANCC and/or Flag-FAZF. Lysates were electrophoresed directly as WCE or after immunoprecipitation with anti-Flag epitope tag. Proteins were detected by immunoblotting with anti-Flag or anti-FANCC.
