Kinetics of AML cell growth in NOD/SCID mice. Animals injected with 10⁷ cells from pts 6, 8, and 11 were killed at various timepoints postinjection and the total number of CD45⁺ cells per mouse was determined by FACS and plotted over time. A continuous expansion in cell numbers throughout the 8-week-period of assessment was seen.
