Expression of OCZF mRNA in various tissues and cell lines. Poly(A)RNA was prepared, and approximately 1 μg of each sample (indicated at the top of each lane) was separated on an agarose/formaldehyde gel and transferred to a nitrocellulose filter. The filter was hybridized at 60°C overnight with an OCZFcDNA probe and then washed. The same filter was rehybridized with a human β-actin probe as a control.
