Phenotypic analysis of spleen cells from 6-month-old C57BL/6-lpr/lpr mice (▨), relative to age-matched controls (▧). Freshly isolated cells were stained with appropriate antibodies and analyzed in a FACScan cytofluorometer, using LYSYS II software. One representative experiment is shown, with 3 mice per group.
