THP-1 cells rolled on deposited platelets in a P-selectin–dependent fashion (anti-CD62P). There was no interaction in the absence of platelets on the coverslip (collagen). Anti-CD34 and anti-GPIb antibodies did not interfere with rolling (n = 4, *P < .05 v platelets).
