After 48 hours of culture at 106 cells/mL, supernatants of cells cultured in medium alone or stimulated with DSP30, DSP30K, and pZ2 with (B) or without (A) CD40LF were tested for production of tumor necrosis factor α with the use of an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay system.
