2.5 × 106 B10.D2/nSnJ bone marrow cells and 10 × 106 B10.D2/nSnJ spleen cells were injected intravenously into lethally irradiated (8 Gy) BALB/c recipients' tail veins. Recipient BALB/c mice received 40 mg/kg per day PG27 or solvent vehicle (Ethanol or Cremophor) intraperitoneally daily for the first 5 weeks after transplantation. (A) Survival curve.
