IL-4-induced CD23 expression is inhibited by H7 in Ramos B cells.

Ramos 2G6 cells were untreated (filled curves) or treated with IL-4 (10 ng/mL) (open curves) for 20 hours in the absence or presence of H7. (A) No H7. (B) 10 μmol/L H7. (C) 25 μmol/L H7. CD23 expression was analyzed by staining with anti-CD23 mAb and fluorescein isothiocyanate-conjugated goat antimouse mAb. The fluorescence intensity was determined using a FACScan, and the mean fluorescence intensities are indicated in the figure. Nonspecific binding was determined by staining the cells with an isotype-matched irrelevant mAb, and the median fluorescence channel for negative control antibody was 17.
