Specific lysis of peptide-loaded female EBV-LCL target cells by HLA-A1 HY.

Female recipient HLA-A1–positive EBV-LCL cells were⁵¹Cr-labeled for 1 hour. After they were washed, the cells were incubated for 1 hour with DFFRY- and DFFRX-derived peptides at various concentrations. HLA-A1 HY was added at an effector-to-target ratio of 10, and ⁵¹Cr release was measured after 4 hours.
