(A) Dose dependency of ATP-induced CD11b expression in eosinophils.

Eosinophils were stimulated with the indicated concentrations of ATP and then incubated for 30 minutes at 37°C. The reaction was stopped by diluting the sample with 100-fold ice-cold buffer. Samples were incubated on ice for 40 minutes with PE-conjugated anti-CD11b mAbs and then analyzed by flow cytometry. Data are means ± SEM (n = 5).
