(A) OVA-sensitized Stat5a−/− mice, Stat5b−/− mice, and littermate wild-type mice were challenged with the inhalation of OVA or saline (as control), and the number of eosinophils infiltrating into the submucosal tissue of trachea was evaluated at 24 hours after the inhalation.
