Antigen-induced T-cell infiltration into the airways is diminished in Stat5a^−/− mice and Stat5b^−/− mice.

OVA-sensitized Stat5a^−/− mice, Stat5b^−/− mice, and littermate wild-type mice were challenged with OVA or saline as described in Figure 1. The T-cell infiltration in BALF was examined at 24 hours after OVA or saline inhalation.
