(A) CD16+ neutrophils (15 × 106cells/mL) and (B) CD16− eosinophil-enriched cell suspensions (3 × 106 cells/mL) from CML patients and healthy controls were incubated with LTA4 (10 μmol/L) at 37°C for 5 minutes. Levels of LTC4 and LTB4 were determined by HPLC. Each value represents the mean obtained from duplicate experiments with cells from 9 (neutrophil) or 6 (eosinophil-enriched) CML patients and 11 (neutrophil) or 4 (eosinophil-enriched) healthy controls.
