Control neutrophils (kept on ice or at 37°C for 10 minutes) and cells that were stimulated with WKYMVm (1 × 10−7mol/L) or fMLF (1 × 10−7 mol/L), respectively, at 37°C for 10 minutes were paraformaldehyde fixed, incubated with phycoerythrin-conjugated antibodies directed against CR3, and analyzed by flow cytometry.
