Effects of cyclosporin H (10⁻⁶ mol/L) on the neutrophil NADPH-oxidase activity induced by fMLF (circles) and WKYMVm (squares).

The neutrophils were incubated with (closed symbols) or without (open symbols) cyclosporin H for 5 minutes and then stimulated with different concentrations of the agonists. The respiratory burst activity is expressed in percentage of the activity induced by 10⁻⁶ mol/L of the respective peptide in the absence of cyclosporin H and each symbol represents the mean value (± SD) calculated from 5 experiments.
