Increased sensitivity of PAR-1-transfected B16F10 tumor cells to thrombin-induced impaired cell growth.

Wild-type (WT), empty plasmid-transfectant (EP), and PAR-1–transfected B16F10 cells (S14) were treated with 0, 0.5, and 1 U/mL thrombin (T) for 72 hours as in Figure 1, and then analyzed by the MTT assay. SEM is given for experiments performed in quadruplicate.
