Both 4 and PSGL-1 mediate eosinophil binding.
Eosinophils were preincubated with mAbs against either α4 (HP1.2) or PSGL-1 (PL-1) for 15 minutes before they were allowed to interact with the HUVEC under flow at 1.5 dynes/cm2.
