RNA protection analysis of VEGF mutant ES cell cultures.
Total RNA from cultures on day 8 of differentiation was hybridized with the indicated 32P-labeled probes and a β-actin probe as described in “Materials and methods.” After separation on a polyacrylamide–urea gel, protected fragments were visualized and quantitated using a PhosphorImager.
