[Ca⁺⁺]_i-buffering affects the localization 5 but not β2 integrin in PMNs.

PMNs were loaded with quin2/AM as described in “Materials and methods,” then plated onto fibronectin, stimulated with fMLP, and fixed and permeabilized as for Figure 3. α5 (C) and β2 (D) integrins were visualized by indirect immunofluorescence with monoclonal antibodies and a TRITC-conjugated secondary.
