3M-PML fails to recruit Daxx, SUMO-1, and Sp100 to the NBs.

PML^−/− keratinocytes were transfected with pSG5-3M-PML alone or cotransfected with pSG5-3M-PML and pEGFP-Sp100. After 24 hours, cells were harvested and cytospun onto glass slides for immunofluorescence staining.
