Highly significant differences in survival were found between patients with secondary cutaneous CD30+ LTCL on the one hand and patients with LyP (P < .0001), primary cutaneous CD30+ LTCL (P < .0001), and cutaneous CD30+ LTCL with concurrent involvement of a regional lymph node (P < .003) on the other hand. There were no significant differences in survival between these last 3 groups.
