Oral administration of KF41399 induced G0/G1 arrest of MNC and Lin−cells in mice.
Mice were treated with 25 mg/kg KF41399 orally twice daily for 3 days (protocol B, Table 1). Control animals were administered distilled water instead of KF41399. MNC and Lin− cells were prepared on day 3, cell cycle distribution was analyzed by FACScan, and CFC activity was analyzed as described in “Materials and methods.” KF41399 induced G0/G1 arrest of MNC (A) and Lin− cells (B).
