(A) Dose-dependent effects of IFN-γ on reducing apoptosis of day 7 ECFCs. Cells were incubated for 16 hours with the indicated concentrations of rhIFN-γ, without rhEPO. (B) Cells were incubated with the indicated concentrations of rhEPO or rhIFN-γ (1000 U/mL), or both. Each point shows the mean ± SD of triplicates.
