Phenotype of fzr-overexpressing cells.

(A) MV(vector) and MV(fzr) were stained with biotin–anti-H-2D^d monoclonal antibody and phycoerythrin-streptavidin and analyzed by flow cytometry. The MV(vector) and MV(fzr) histograms are shown as the dark and light traces in the foreground and background, respectively. (B) The DNA content of exponentially growing cells was evaluated by propidium iodide staining and flow cytometry and calculated to determine the proportion of cells in G1, S, and G2/M.
