Receptor transfected cells (CCR1 hatched bars) or (CCR8 solid bars) were subjected to increasing concentrations of LEC, in the lower wells (shown on the x-axis). The chemotactic index was determined by comparison with the binding media control, see equation in “Materials and methods.” The unpaired Student P values comparing the binding media (BM) to treated cells are indicated above each bar.
