(A) One milliliter cytosol, actin cytoskeletal (actin CSK), or membrane cytoskeletal (membrane CSK) platelet subcellular fractions from thrombin-stimulated platelets or (B) botrocetin- and vWF-stimulated platelets was immunoprecipitated using 5 μL p85 antiserum or 5 μL nonimmune sera (Non I) and was immunoblotted using antiglycocalicin antibody.
