B10.BR recipient mice were preconditioned with TBI (7.5 Gy, day −1) with or without Cy (120 mg/kg per day, days −3, −2) as indicated and given C57BL/6 BM without (BM) or with 15 × 10⁶ spleen cells (BMS) on the day of BMT (day 0).
