Kinetics of mAb anti-CD29–induced leukocyte adhesion to endothelium.

The mAb K20 (circles) or isotype control mAb IgG2a (squares) were added to myelomonocytic HL60 cells (A) at different concentrations as indicated for 30 minutes at 37°C, or (B) for different time intervals as indicated at a concentration of 10 μg/mL. Following washing, adhesion to endothelial cell monolayers was performed as described. Values (mean ± SEM) are displayed as percentage of control (no antibody added).
