A total of 13 of 13 animals showed sustained long-term expression with little change in the percentage of GFP-expressing cells. The number of transplanted, GFP+ donor cells per animal are indicated. All donor cells were mixed with 2 × 105 recipient-type (Ly-5.1) marrow cells prior to transplantation.
