Proliferation of leukemia-primed splenocytes in response to in vitro restimulation with MMB3.19 cells.

Tumor-primed wt, pfp^o, andgld splenocytes were cultured with irradiated (30 Gy) MMB3.19 cells and assayed for their ability to incorporate ³H-TdR. Stimulation indices plus or minus SD were calculated based on the mean cpm of wells containing splenocytes and MMB3.19 cells to the mean cpm of background wells containing responder cells alone (day 5 cpm:gld, 7186; wt, 11 494; andpfp^o, 3636). Wells with only irradiated MMB3.19 cells had incorporation of between 100 and 150 cpm.
