Spheres are color-coded according to the reported severity; lighter lavender represents mild to moderately severe, and darker violet represents more severe phenotypes (as reported for at least one affected individual). Core β-strands are green (foreground) and red (opposite side) ribbons with additional strands blue; each pair is oriented as in Figure 2.
