Expression of survivin in diffuse large B-cell lymphomas by immunohistochemistry.

Sections measuring 5 μm from paraffin-embedded tissues were cut on high adhesive slides, boiled for 5 minutes for antigen retrieval, blocked in 10% normal goat serum, and incubated with an antibody to survivin followed by biotin-conjugated goat antirabbit immunoglobulin G and streptavidin-conjugated peroxidase. Binding of the primary antibody was revealed by addition of 3′3′-diaminobenzidine followed by counterstaining with hematoxylin.
