Sorting regions used for preparation of CD34⁻ and CD34⁺ cell populations.

First, Lin⁺ cells were removed from mononuclear PB cells by using immunomagnetic beads. The Lin⁻ cells were then sorted on the basis of CD34 expression using R1 and R2 windows. Results of reanalysis of the sorted cells are presented on the right. Dotted and solid lines represent cells stained with IgG_2a-FITC and CD34-FITC, respectively.
