B lymphopoiesis and myelopoiesis in reconstituted mice.

(A) Flow cytometric analysis of B-lymphoid and -myeloid cells in the bone marrow of reconstituted mice more than 70 days after transplantation. Dead cells were excluded by propidium iodide staining. Data are representative of 7 independent experiments. (B) Bone marrow cells from reconstituted mice were subjected to in vitro colony assay. Relative CFU colony numbers were calculated as the ratio of CFU colony numbers of bone marrow cells from GFP-transduced mice. Mean ± SE for 4 independent experiments are shown.
