The IL-5R–α chain surface expression was performed with anti–IL-5R–α chain mAb at 18 hours following stimulation with 10 ng/mL IL-9 (bold line) or control stimulation (broken line). Mouse IgG1 (5μg/mL clone MOPC-1) was used as an isotype-matched control antibody (thin line).
