Cleavage of ZPI by factor Xa.

Mixtures containing factor Xa (0 to 20 nmol/L), PZ (80 nmol/L), ZPI (15 nmol/L), phospholipids (75 μmol/L), and CaCl₂ (4 mmol/L) in HSA were incubated 15 minutes at room temperature before SDS-PAGE and Western blot analysis with rabbit anti-ZPI antibodies.
