Shown are the median fluorescent intensities (MFI) obtained by indirect staining of pPBMCs with sera from either control GT⁺ or GT⁰ mice, as well as mice reconstituted with LGTA7- or NEO^r-transduced bone marrow. Values for unimmunized and immunized (Imm) groups are shown. Antipig IgG (■) and IgM (▪) antibodies are shown. The values plotted represent the mean and standard deviation of MFI for each group.
