IL-6 gene expression is abrogated in δ300TRAF3, but not F-TRAF3 KMH2 transfectants. F-TRAF (A) or the δ300TRAF3 (B) transfectants were stimulated for 3 hours with CD40L. IL-6gene expression was monitored using the RT-PCR MIMIC system (Colette, Palo Alto, CA).
