The plot and line were obtained in the analysis of the correlation between the in vivo degree of hypogammaglobulinemia (serum IgG level at the moment of the study) and the in vitro inhibition of BM cell IgG production by autologous B-CLL cells, both nonstimulated (A) or PMA-induced (B), as well as between the serum IgG level and the IgG secreted by cultured BM cells (C) for the 36 patients with CLL in this study.
