LNs were prepared as described in “Materials and methods,” then double-fluorescence immunohistochemistry was performed as described in Figure 4 (ie, 5-LO throughout Cy3 red, marker antisera throughout Cy2 green) and (A) stained for CD1a/5-LO in the peripheral paracortex, (B) CD1a and DNA stain Hoechst 33258 of the identical field as in panel A, (C) CD83/5-LO in the peripheral paracortex, (D) HLA-DR/5-LO in the peripheral paracortex, (E) CD68/5-LO in LN GC, and (F) Ki67/5-LO in LN GC.
