Aggregation stimulated by CRP in wild-type andfyn^−/−lyn^−/−platelets.

(Ai) Shape change of wild-type andfyn^−/−lyn^−/−platelets was stimulated by CRP (1.0-3.0 μg/mL). (Aii) Aggregation of wild-type andfyn^−/−lyn^−/−platelets was induced by a higher concentration of CRP (10.0 μg/mL) in the presence of added 1 mmol/L CaCl₂. (B) Aggregation of wild-type andfyn^−/−lyn^−/−platelets was stimulated with 0.1 U/mL thrombin. Results are representative of 3 experiments.
