Relationship between expression of Apaf-1 or procaspase-2, -3, -7, -8, or -9 and response of previously untreated patients with ALL to induction chemotherapy.

From blots like the one shown in Figure 2, relative levels of Apaf-1 and the indicated procaspases were quantitated. The relationship between relative polypeptide content and response of patients to induction chemotherapy is indicated.
