Tick marks indicate the point of last follow-up for one or more patients who did not die. “None” means that neither IL-6 nor IL-10 were elevated. “One” means that either IL-6 or IL-10 were elevated. “Both” means that both IL-6 and IL-10 were elevated. Elevated IL-6 levels are those >4.3 pg/mL; elevated IL-10 levels are those >10 pg/mL.
