LIBS expression on Y178Aα_vβ₃mutant.

WT or Y178Aα_v construct was transiently cotransfected with WT β₃ construct into 293 cells. Three different mAbs specific for β₃ LIBS (AP5, anti-LIBS1, and anti-LIBS6) were employed to assess the LIBS expression, and LM609 (specific for α_vβ₃) was employed to monitor the surface expression of transfected α_vβ₃. (A) LIBS expression in the absence of RGDW peptide. Closed and open histograms represent the binding of anti-LIBS antibodies and control mouse IgG₁, respectively.
