Each symbol represents an individual mouse. Mice were treated with transduced B cells 7 to 10 days before induction of EAE. EAE was scored as described in “Material and methods.” (A) Progression of EAE in 6 mice that were treated with MPL-PURO–infected spleen B cells, which express the PLP encephalitogenic determinant.
