For primary infection, BMT recipient mice were infected intravenously with 106 low-virulent PCA-2 C albicans or high-virulent CA-6 at different weeks after transplantation. For secondary infection, PCA-2–infected mice were reinfected with 106 virulent CA-6 C albicans 2 weeks after the primary infection.
