FTI SCH66336 inhibited colony formation of BCR/ABL-transformed BaF3 cells grown in soft agar.

Graph shows colony formation in soft agar of BCR/ABL-BaF3 cells in the presence of indicated concentrations of SCH66336. IC₅₀ is approximately 100 nM. Colony number is normalized to the number of colonies without SCH66336. Soft agar colony formation is also shown for BCR/ABL-BaF3 cells expressing a dominant-negative (DN) form of Ras.
