Immunolocalization of MKLP1 at anaphase.

Double immunostaining was performed on day 6 megakaryocyte culture by using polyclonal goat anti-MKLP1 and mouse antitubulin antibodies followed by incubation with donkey TRITC-conjugated antigoat (C) and FITC-labeled antimouse (D) F(ab′)2 fragments, respectively.
