Induction of expression of the myelomonocyte-specific proteins CD11b (Mac-1) and F4/80 antigen on the surface of MEL cells after overexpression of PU.1.

PU.1-1 cells (left lane) and mock cells (right lane) were cultured for 48 hours with ZnCl₂ and subjected to flow cytometric analysis. Results of a representative experiment are shown. Similar results were obtained in a duplicate experiment (data not shown).
