(A,B) Superoxide production following incubation with either SB203580 or PD98059 at the doses indicated in the figure, followed by priming with GM-CSF or cytokine diluent and stimulation with 100 ng/mL C5a. (C) AA release from GM-CSF–primed cells preincubated with either 30 μM SB203580, PD98059, or DMSO diluent and stimulated with 100 ng/mL C5a. (D) Superoxide production from GM-CSF– or diluent-primed cells, preincubated with either MAFP at the doses indicated or DMSO diluent, followed by stimulation with 100 ng/mL C5a.
